All customers are responsible for reading and understanding these terms of service on each occasion that our services are utilized, and usage of our services signify the acceptance of customers (and your customers) to be bound by the terms of service.
FreeMyBlackBerry.com is fully committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. No personally identifiable information will ever be collected from customers without prior consent. FreeMyBlackBerry.com will only utilize information that is necessary to complete the generation of your unlock code and offer our services to our customers. The information collected by FreeMyBlackBerry.com will only be used in a lawful manner. Your personal information will NEVER be sold, distributed, or shared with any other organization, company, website, or third party. At FreeMyBlackBerry.com we strive to provide our customers with rapid, courteous and knowledgeable unlocking services. We continuously update our system to utilize the newest technology available. After sending us your information using our FREE Blackberry unlock code request form your unique BlackBerry unlock code should be made available to you between 18 and 48 hours after we receive it (please be patient). For our PAID Blackberry unlock code service, the code will be provided immediately once payment has been made and up to 10 minutes for you to receive the code via email (Wholesale customers will receive the code once they fill out and submit the form on our wholesale website). If you do not receive your unlock code via email, please check your junk/spam mail. If you still cannot find your email containing your unlock code(s), please email us and we will respond as soon as possible.
Our FREE Blackberry service is unlimited and we do not discriminate against resellers or those that need more than one unlock code. Keep in mind that you will only be able to submit each IMEI once, so be sure that you have supplied the correct information before you submit.
Our PAID Blackberry service is unlimited and you may submit any IMEI more than once.
PAID LG AND HTC SERVICE: Codes are delivered within 15 minutes about 95% of the time. It is rare, but it may take longer for us to provide you the code. We do not have time guarantees for LG and HTC codes. If we cannot find a code for your LG or HTC phone you will receive a full refund.

Please understand that you use our services at your own risk and we are not liable for any damage that may occur to your device due to improper usage or improper unlock code entry. We can only guarantee that the service will fulfill the customers' expectations if the following criteria are met:
1. The information provided on the submission form when ordering the service is 100% CORRECT
2. The unlocking instructions have been followed EXACTLY as stipulated, EXACTLY
3. The target mobile phone is not stolen, blacklisted, or banned
4. The target mobile phone is not already unlocked (Paid Users: you are REQUIRED to check to see if your phone is already unlocked before purchase)
5. The software of the target mobile phone has never been altered, changed or tampered with in any way
6. The IMEI number of the target mobile phone has never been altered, changed or tampered with in any way
7. The phone has never undergone an attempted unlocking with codes in the past (Paid Users: you are REQUIRED to check to see if your phone is BLOCKED/HARDLOCKED before purchase) PAID USERS: If you have purchased a Blackberry, LG, or HTC unlock code from us and are unable to enter the unlock code (ex: you get a code error), then please contact us immediately using the email address on the PAYPAL INVOICE. Free users may first look in the questions and answers section before contacting us.
A refund shall not be warranted if all of these criteria are not met. We will endeavour to solve any problem any customer may have while attempting to use our service, however liability for the success of the service lies solely with the consumer. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that this service will enable the target handset to operate on ANY specific network as certain handsets will only operate on certain networks. This is due to different phone technologies and frequencies.
We are not responsible in any way for errors in the information that you provide or the result of such information (ex: you provided incorrect information and enter the unlock code 10 times causing the phone to become Hardlocked/Blocked).
Please keep in mind that you should check to see if your device is Blocked or Hardlocked before you purchase a code. If your phone is Blocked or Hardlocked then your device CANNOT be unlocked with an unlock code. If your phone is Blocked/Hardlocked you will see "0 left" or some other similar message in the unlock code prompt when you insert a non-accepted sim card. DO NOT BUY A CODE IF YOUR PHONE IS HARDLOCKED/BLOCKED!
Please also note that LG phones from TracFone, NET10, Safelink Wireless, and Straight Talk LG phones (carriers) CANNOT be unlocked with an unlock code, so DO NOT purchase a code if your phone is from one of these carriers.
If we cannot find a code for your LG or HTC phone you will receive a full refund.
For other circumstances, if we are unable to find a way to unlock your device we will provide a refund when you provide a video of the complete unlocking process that you have gone through, including showing the IMEI (no exceptions).
PAYMENT INFORMATION (FINANCIAL INFORMATION):
When making a donation or payment to our website through PayPal, some personally identifiable information (ex: name and address) may be sent to us in a confirmation email from PayPal. Only one person has access to this information and is only used to provide you our service.
PAYMENT DEFAULTS, RETURNS, AND CHARGEBACKS
FREEMYBLACKBERRY.COM TAKES CHARGEBACKS (DISPUTES OR STOP-PAYMENTS ON CREDIT CARD CHARGES) VERY SERIOUSLY. ALL CUSTOMERS WHO DISPUTE VALID CREDIT CARD CHARGES FOR ANY REASON WILL BE REPORTED AS A DELINQUENT COLLECTION ACCOUNT TO ALL MAJOR CREDIT BUREAUS. WE WILL ALSO EXERCISE LEGAL AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OPTIONS.
Attempting to dispute or deny a valid charge through your bank or Credit Card Company is fraudulent and is illegal.
We track you via your IP address and the information that you provide us through your payment option. We will use this information in court to demand that your Internet Service Provider and Credit Card Company provide us your personal and identifiable information so that we may sue you and provide this information to credit reporting agencies. We will also use your Blackberry, LG, HTC, and Carrier information to track you and/or disable your device(s).
IF YOU TRY TO DISPUTE or DENY a valid charge, your credit card or checking account along with your name and address will immediately be added to a fraudulent purchasers database. This database is shared by thousands of merchants on the Internet, both large and small, and you will not be able to purchase goods or services from said merchants in the future. Information in this negative database will also be reported to all three major credit bureaus within 60 days, resulting in damage to your credit rating.
TO AVOID ANY of the above, we encourage you to contact us first for any problems with your purchase. We have an excellent track record in resolving any issues to see that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
We do not send SPAM to anyone at any time. We only respond to inquiries and requests that are made on our website and we limit our email responses to that specific inquiry or request. We do not automatically sign people up for newsletters or continual emails. If you have any questions in regards to our policies, please contact us.
SEVERE WEATHER, POWER OUTAGES, ACTS OF NATURE, ETC
In over 3 years we have never had an issue with a server going offline or our service being impeded for these reasons, but there is always a chance that our website may fail and be unavailable. We will not be responsible for any result created by these unforeseen issues. This is also known as Force Majeure. Any planned outage will be short and users will be notified in advance (at least 24hours notice will be given).
We make no claim or warranty that our service will be available 100% of the time.
CHANGES IN HOW CODES ARE PROVIDED
Phone manufacturers may change the way they provide or place codes in their phones. If the manufacturers make these changes we are not responsible if we are unable to find and provide these codes. This is also known as Force Majeure.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada (English).
We provide a service to unlock cell phones for the sole purpose of lawfully connecting to a wireless telephone communication network. Any other use or misuse of a cell phone that is unlocked using our service is in no way our responsibility. By making a purchase of any unlocking service on Freemyblackberry.com the buyer agrees to accept full legal liability for his / her actions, use, misuse, sell, financial gain, or transfer of the cellular phone.
Unlock codes, unlocking services, and unlocking software are strictly allowed under copyright law.
